Eight Rooms, All to Yourselves
Every bedroom is individually decorated with a different colour palette and bed configuration: singles, couples, families, and groups of all sizes are covered. All rooms have mini-split air conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, hotel-grade mattresses with hypoallergenic covers, premium soft linens, and nightly turn-down service. Thick fluffy towels, hair dryers, and bath soaps are provided. Six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The Papaya Loft has two bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

A four-poster king bed, a large bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower, a private balcony, and a dressing room with a full-sized bed. Parents get privacy when they need it, with the kids just a room away.

Orange Sunset
Two twin beds that convert into a king, with a deep shower and direct access to the front veranda. Early morning ocean views come with the room.

Library Room
The most flexible room in the villa. Choose two twin beds and a full-sized bed, or push them into one king with an additional full-sized bed alongside. A family favourite.
Pool Access
Blue Mahoe
First floor, blue hues, two double beds, and sliding glass doors that open straight onto the pool terrace. No stairs, prime poolside position.
Family Loft
The Papaya Loft
Papaya 1: Two separate twin beds. Great for families staying together or teenagers who want their own space.
Papaya 2: Twin beds that convert to a king. Combined with Papaya 1, this loft sleeps three to four people comfortably. The two rooms share one bathroom.
